Job summary

Consor in Houston seeks a Senior Water Resources Leader to deliver complex water resources and transportation infrastructure projects from planning through construction support. You will manage the full lifecycle, including drainage studies, H&H analyses, floodplain evaluations, and PS&E development.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive business development while ensuring regulatory compliance, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license and 15+ years in transportation engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering large roadway/highway projects with budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Provide oversight for drainage design, H&H analyses, floodplain studies, and PS&E packages.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business development and capture strategies with leadership.
