Consor is seeking an Engineering Designer to lead portions of transportation drainage projects in Texas. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with project engineers to deliver accurate, efficient, and constructible drainage solutions.

The role focuses on stormwater management, hydraulic analysis, and conveyance systems, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in civil engineering required.
• 2+ years of Texas transportation drainage design experience.
• Experience with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed drainage design plans, specs, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Perform advanced hydraulic and hydrologic calculations to ensure standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate drainage design activities among multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Assist project engineers with quality control reviews and design deliverables.
