Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 18+ years of experience in civil or hydraulic engineering.
• California PE registration preferred; licensure required.
• Experience with water resource infrastructure and fishery projects.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams; regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Lead multi-discipline teams on water resources projects from planning to commissioning.
• Identify risks, manage scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
• Prepare plans, specs, and cost estimates for water infrastructure.
• Design storm water management and drainage plans.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for water/wastewater projects.
