Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Water Resources Engineer in Minneapolis, MN, to independently lead small to large projects and mentor junior staff. You’ll guide calculations, field work, and coordination, acting as a technical resource and driving design quality across civil systems.

You will oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and client meetings, ensuring reliability, water quality, and cost effectiveness. This role offers growth in a collaborative, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, including large, complex ones.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record on applicable projects.
• Provide technical leadership for civil projects and client relationship management.
