Job summary

RS&H in Jacksonville seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our infrastructure team on a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. You will lead or support projects, prepare specifications, analyze data, perform design and cost studies, and guide junior staff.

Strong communication, PE in good standing, and ABET degree required, with 10 years+ experience on major projects. Excellent client collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree with 10 years relevant experience
• Professional Engineer in good standing
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes and regulations
• Proficient in production software and construction document production
• Ability to guide junior staff and lead projects
• Strong oral and written communication with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Prepare project specifications and complete project documents, analyses, and reports
• Analyze data and perform design, planning, and impact studies and cost analyses
• Design complete projects, systems, components, and processes
• Prepare project documents and engineering analyses and reports
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure milestones are met
• Conduct field reviews and observations of ongoing construction projects
• Provide technical guidance and manage small multidisciplinary teams and junior staff
