Job summary

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote work as you define project elements, coordinate estimates and proposals, and ensure contracts are met through planning and monitoring with engineering and construction teams.

You will lead technical solutions, review junior staff, participate in design development and client relations, and guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture from NAAB-accredited program or equivalent.
• Active architectural license in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience on major or multiple projects.
• Proficient in production software and construction document production.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project elements and coordination with engineering, construction, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate estimates and proposal/bid preparations; monitor deliverables with teams.
• Review junior staff's work for technical accuracy and guidance.
• Promote client relationships and support business development during projects.
