Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Florida PE license preferred or allow comity licensure.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience in water/wastewater and municipal infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects from planning through construction.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Serve as Project Manager or Technical Lead for water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Develop reports, design calculations, plans, and cost estimates.
• Provide guidance and oversight to engineers, designers, and CAD technicians.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and quality with project leadership.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, contractors, and subconsultants.
• Support permitting, bidding, and construction-phase services.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
