Job summary

Manning Civil, a Boise-area water resources and civil engineering firm, seeks a candidate with 3+ years of HEC-RAS production experience to join active projects across floodplain analyses, CLOMR/LOMR, and drainage design.

You will work in a collaborative, small-team environment with direct exposure to clients and agencies, own deliverables, and enjoy a hybrid Boise/Eagle schedule with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HEC-RAS production experience
• B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field
• 5–10 years of hydraulics/water resources experience
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• PE license (Idaho or ability to obtain promptly)

Responsibilities

• Develop defensible hydraulic and floodplain models across projects (CLOMR/LOMR/No-Rise)
• Produce submittal-quality deliverables and simulations
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to advance projects
