Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Account Leader/Project Manager to join our Orlando team and support growth of water, wastewater, and stormwater opportunities in Central and North Florida. This role collaborates with Area Leaders, Project Managers, and Technical Experts to win projects and deliver client objectives.

The position requires leading pursuit plans, managing scope and cost, and providing senior technical support across municipal water projects while developing junior staff and aligning with

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience sectors.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or a related field.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers at multiple levels.
• Develop a deep understanding of local utility issues and client needs.
• Understand client processes to create value-added solutions.
• Lead pursuit plans and develop client engagement strategies to win projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to monitor design and construction activities.
• Serve as project manager to develop scope and cost proposals for tasks and projects.
• Act as senior technical resource on water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience projects.
• Collaborate with National Water Practice to share best practices.
• Engage with professional organizations and leadership on water topics.
• Deliver strong financial performance including growth.
