Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to plan execution, resourcing, budgets, and schedules for municipal water/wastewater projects. You will manage contracts, present to clients, and collaborate with a design team to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM/contract management, strong communication, and a PE is preferred. Travel to project sites and leadership of diverse teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, Biological Systems, Environmental Engineering, or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large project or contract management.
• P.E. licensure preferred; Georgia reciprocity acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team, client, and staff to meet project needs.
• Prepare task orders and manage budgets, staffing, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop design calculations, drawings, and specifications; oversee implementation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships across projects.
