HDR is seeking a PA/OH/WV/DE Water Construction Management Lead to coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of field services staff while meeting client needs and market drivers.

Responsibilities include staff development, pursuing new clients, project delivery, and leading high-profile pursuits with strong writing, presenting, and client-management skills. Preference for PE/CCM and local market presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience and demonstrated program/project leadership.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships and strategic marketing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction management staff development, supervision and mentoring.
• Develop and drive long-range field services strategy and market initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, project delivery and quality assurance across multiple sites.
• Manage client relationships, pursue new projects and lead key pursuits.
