Black & Veatch Corporation in Phoenix seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead our water solutions projects locally.

You will maintain client relationships with municipalities, drive project delivery and help meet financial goals while coordinating cross‑functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, a PE license (preferred), 25+ years of PM experience, and a track record in water and wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Extensive program/project management experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, marketing strategy and client presentations.
• Manage project performance, budgets, invoicing and contracting.
• Oversee project execution with engineering teams and owner representatives.
• Develop staff, mentor professionals and support training and promotions.
• Act as project manager with team leadership and accountability.
