Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Water/Wastewater in Virginia to lead delivery of complex water infrastructure projects. You will drive project strategy, coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities, and work with public sector clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
Professional Engineering License (PE).
15+ years of water/wastewater experience with leadership in Virginia.
Strong contract negotiation and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead business development activities including client engagement and proposals.
Oversee project management and client delivery for multi-million-dollar projects.
Ensure project performance through budgeting, invoicing, and risk management.
Manage and develop project teams; mentoring and coaching.
Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies.
