Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
Professional Engineering License (PE).
15+ years of water/wastewater experience with leadership in Virginia.
Strong contract negotiation and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead business development activities including client engagement and proposals.
Oversee project management and client delivery for multi-million-dollar projects.
Ensure project performance through budgeting, invoicing, and risk management.
Manage and develop project teams; mentoring and coaching.
Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies.
