The successful candidate will bring a PE license, 8+ years in civil/environmental engineering, and strong communication to manage clients and develop new business within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• P.E. (Professional Engineer) license required.
• 8+ years of experience in civil/environmental engineering with focus on water/wastewater design.
• Ability to manage clients and develop new business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve financial and growth goals for the discipline.
• Oversee productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work.
• Develop and lead discipline marketing and business development strategies with marketing/biz dev teams.
• Build a production team in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor budgets, billing, and collections.

Education
