Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage EPC/service projects, oversee staffing, and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires a PE license (preferred) and 10+ years of PM experience, with strong client engagement and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• 10+ years program/project management experience, technical background.
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment and linear infrastructure planning.
• Business development and program/project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small EPC/Service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
• Ensure successful engineering, procurement, and construction scope execution.
• Provide staffing for projects and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, procurement, construction, and startup elements.
• Lead budgeting, invoicing, payments, and project performance reviews.
