Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant meter/AMI certifications.
• Valid GA water license and CDL for field operations.
• Experience with meter testing, repair, and AMI systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installation, repair, rebuilding, and calibration of water meters.
• Conduct precision testing and determine repair vs. replacement per standards.
• Diagnose complex meter issues and verify AMI data transmission and endpoint association.
• Lead field activities, mentor technicians, and support SOP development.
• Document testing, repairs, and AMI configuration in systems and billing.
• Participate in after-hours on-call emergencies as required.
