This role provides leadership, strategy and direction, making decisions that can affect profitability of regional operations. You will establish objectives and standards, support business development and client relations, monitor project performance, manage risk, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing and other functions to deliver safe, on-time,

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of management experience on large projects ($100M+).
• Minimum 6 years of P&L management on a project.
• Background in water/wastewater treatment.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Committed to safety and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and performance standards for project operations.
• Support business development, client relations, and marketing for pursuits.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Manage contract finances and risk with project managers.
• Ensure staffing with appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with leadership and support functions.
• Uphold safety guidelines and policies.
