Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience on a construction site and ability to identify hazards.
• 4-year safety/health degree or engineering/science degree required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards; ability to lead safety direction.
• Experience managing direct reports and communicating with field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Operations establishing safety operations compliant with laws and best practices.
• Administer and manage project safety to achieve safety goals.
• Develop training resources and deliver training matrices for hazards.
• Conduct risk reviews, inspections, and interface with clients and subcontractors on safety.
