Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer to join our Water Resiliency Planning & Design Teams. This hybrid role can be based in Cincinnati, Toledo, Cleveland, or Akron, OH, and focuses on hydraulics, collection system planning, and modeling to guide local project teams.

You will lead projects, mentor staff, and help develop new business opportunities while contributing to climate adaptation and urban resiliency efforts. Strong skills in SWMM/ICM and GIS are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in water and hydraulic engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT or PE certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong hydraulic modeling with SWMM/ICM and GIS proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral form.

Responsabilités

• Develop wastewater and stormwater collection system models.
• Lead client presentations and coordinate project deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project scope and pursuits.
• Support knowledge sharing via workshops and publications.
• Travel for site visits and project oversight as needed.
