Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer to join our Water Resiliency Planning & Design Teams in Ohio. This hybrid role supports hydraulics, collection system planning, and computer modeling to guide local project teams; you will mentor junior staff and pursue new business opportunities.

You will lead project deliverables, contribute to scope definitions, and present to clients, with travel for site visits as needed. A strong background in SWMM/ICM and GIS is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in water and hydraulic engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT certification or PE license, or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong experience with hydraulic modeling using SWMM and/or ICM, plus GIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop wastewater and stormwater models, plan systems, and perform regulatory studies.
• Provide technical input on projects, guide teams, and help deliver projects.
• Lead client presentations, coordinate deliverables, and assist with scope and pursuits.
• Enhance team knowledge by attending workshops, presenting, and reviewing publications.
• Travel may be required for site visits, meetings, or oversight.
