Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer to join our Water Resiliency Planning & Design Teams in Ohio. This hybrid role supports wastewater and stormwater modeling, master planning, and project delivery on resilient water infrastructure projects.

You will lead technical work, mentor junior staff, and pursue new business opportunities while applying SWMM/ICM modeling, GIS analytics, and data-driven decision making to protect resources and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in water and hydraulic engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• EIT certification or PE license, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong experience with hydraulic modeling using SWMM/ICM and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop wastewater and stormwater models and perform system planning.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Present to clients, coordinate deliverables, and define project scope.
• Attend workshops and industry events to share knowledge and improve practices.
