Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water & Hydraulic Engineer in Ohio to join our Water Resiliency Planning & Design Teams. This hybrid role supports Cincinnati, Toledo, Cleveland or Akron.

You will lead projects, mentor staff, and help develop new business opportunities, focusing on hydraulics, wastewater, and stormwater modeling. You will work with SWMM/ICM, GIS, and data analytics to guide local project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in water and hydraulic engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required; professional licensure preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training or PE license or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong hydraulic modeling experience with SWMM/ICM and GIS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop wastewater and stormwater collection system models and perform system planning.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to client presentations.
• Provide technical input on new projects and pursue scope definitions and pursuits.
• Support data analytics, computer modeling, and dissemination of findings.
