Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Principal Design Manager to support growth in West Florida, based in Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville.

You will lead municipal water/wastewater projects, drive design and permitting, and mentor a team of engineers while building strong client relationships. You will collaborate with area leaders to win work, manage scope and budgets, and ensure QA/QC across design and construction phases.

Competenze

• 18 years of experience in client service, design management, and project management in water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience and solid waste sectors.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or related field.
• Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage project delivery in municipal Water/Wastewater market for West Florida.
• Oversee planning, design, permitting and construction documents for water facilities.
• Develop detailed engineering calculations and apply design software as needed.
