Job summary

Arcadis in Miami, Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects within the Resilience Water Team. You will oversee planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution systems from concept through completion.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships with municipal partners, and contribute to proposals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of water/wastewater experience.
• Master's degree preferred; 12 years of municipal water/wastewater/stormwater project experience preferred.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systems.
• Leading cross-functional project teams from concept through completion.
• Building trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your team.
• Developing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents.
• Supporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy.
