Arcadis in Florida is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer/Design Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Tampa or Orlando. You will lead design and project delivery for water and wastewater systems, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to develop sustainable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4 years of municipal water experience, a civil/environmental/chemical/ mechanical engineering degree, and strong design management and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in engineering and consulting, municipal water market.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead tasks and projects for planning, design and construction of Water/Wastewater systems.
• Develop design and construction documents (reports, memos, specifications) to ensure projects are planned and executed.
• Support construction administration and ensure processes align with guidelines.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and coordinate with clients.
• Serve as Design Manager or Assistant Project/Design Manager on projects.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets aligned with client expectations.
• Support client teams by identifying and positioning for new opportunities.
• Participate in pursuit capture planning and assist in proposals.
• Travel for site visits, client meetings, safety audits, planning or to oversee construction activities.
