Stantec is seeking aSenior Project Manager/Technical Lead in conveyance to lead urban water infrastructure projects across New England, driving design, planning, and construction from first request through delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment, focusing on conveyance and water infrastructure design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership including defining direction for teams, strategy development, and client relations.
• Travel to other offices and project sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design professionals and technicians; mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
• Drive business development and client relationships to grow conveyance and trenchless rehabilitation business.
• Develop proposals, scope of work, and project estimates in collaboration with multiple lines of business.
• Oversee project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule; manage risk and quality control.
• Execute complex engineering design tasks across multiple disciplines; prepare drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with permitting, regulatory review, and stakeholder engagement.
