Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Technical Lead in the New England area to guide urban water conveyance projects from proposal through construction. You will lead a team of engineers and designers, manage budgets and schedules, and develop strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in conveyance/water infrastructure, PE license, and the ability to obtain licensure where needed. This role offers growth within Stantec’s North America Conveyance Sector and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (environmental/civil) required.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting setting.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of municipal conveyance projects in New England.
• Develop proposals, manage scope, budget, staffing and schedule.
• Mentor staff and grow client relationships to increase project wins.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and ensure QA/QC on projects.
