Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Project Management or closely related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in construction, construction inspection, design, landscape design, geo-technical, environmental or related field.
• Substitutions: a Master’s degree or related professional design experience may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs technical personnel to develop and negotiate construction management and supplemental engineering service contracts.
• Coordinates and manages activities to provide compliance oversight and regulatory support to the utility.
• Identifies, evaluates, manages, maintains, and rehabilitates sanitary sewers, force mains, and accessories.
• Performs on-site project inspections and evaluates vendor proposals and contract documents.
• Reviews bid documents and manages contracts; prepares addenda, reports, plans and design standards.
• Establishes goals and evaluates performance of personnel, contractors and projects.
