Job summary

• Supervises technical personnel to develop and negotiate construction management and supplemental engineering service contracts.
• Coordinates and manages activities to provide compliance oversight and regulatory support to the utility.
• Reviews bid documents, evaluates proposals, and manages contract awards and addendums.
• Performs on-site project inspections and evaluations to resolve challenging sanitary sewer issues.
