Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Project Management or a closely related field.
Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
Directly related professional architectural, construction or landscape design experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and administration of contracts for repair, maintenance, and condition assessment of the water distribution system.
Manage preparation, planning, and submission of contracts for bid.
Provide oversight and coordination of multiple contracts of various sizes and amounts.
Review, manage, and track contractor performance and submittals to ensure contract compliance and funding.
Serve as liaison between City personnel, contractors, and outside agencies.
