Job summary

CDM Smith in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager with experience in municipal water and wastewater projects to lead design and construction efforts in the greater Houston and central Texas areas. You will be the main contact for planning and design, and help drive business development.

As a senior leader, you will guide project teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensure QA/QC, and foster strong client relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• PMP/ CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM on major Houston area municipal Water & Wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring to staff.
• Own scope, schedule, and budget development and monitoring.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables.
• Assist client service leaders with marketing including proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers.
