Job summary
Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks a Senior Wastewater Engineer for the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead municipal wastewater planning, guide nutrient management initiatives, and shape capital improvement programs with cross-functional teams across Arcadis' national practice.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical).
- 10 years of experience in wastewater planning, design and infrastructure projects in California.
- PE license in California or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Identify and position for nutrient planning, optimization and capital programs in the Bay Area.
- Lead projects from strategic planning through design, construction and operation.
- Develop utility-specific strategies for nutrient management and regulatory compliance.
- Translate findings into calculations, planning reports, and recommendations.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
