Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer for our California Water Business. You will lead mechanical design and process integration for water and wastewater facilities, developing construction documents and specs for pumps, valves, gates, and other components.

You will collaborate across disciplines, perform calculations, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to proposals while mentoring junior engineers. A PE in CA and 10+ years in water facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and 10 years of relevant experience in process mechanical engineering for water and wastewater facilities.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative mechanical design and process integration for cutting-edge water and wastewater facilities.
• Develop construction documents and detailed specifications for pumps, valves, gates, and other mechanical components.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development and proposals.
