Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of experience in the wastewater sector, with consulting and business development experience.

Responsabilités

• Translate national wastewater strategy into California-specific priorities to drive growth and innovation.
• Identify priority clients, lead technical positioning, workshops, and major pursuits.
• Oversee delivery of complex wastewater projects from planning through construction, ensuring quality, risk management and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated solutions addressing regulatory and infrastructure challenges.
• Mentor emerging technical leaders and support recruitment and succession planning.
