• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• PE license in California or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of wastewater sector experience (consulting & business development).

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Practice Strategy: translate national wastewater strategy into California-specific priorities.
• Advance Strategic Clients: identify priority clients, build relationships, and lead technical positioning.
• Ensure Project Excellence: oversee delivery of complex wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and Inspire Talent: mentor leaders, support recruitment, and champion collaboration.
