Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Design Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead municipal wastewater projects across the Mid and South Atlantic regions. You will oversee feasibility studies, design, construction documents, and construction phase services, while marketing to municipal clients.

The role requires a PE license, 15+ years in the field, and strong client relationships. You will mentor junior staff and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets to deliver high quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 15+ years of municipal wastewater engineering consulting experience.
• P.E. registration.
• Existing client relationships or ability to develop them.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater treatment design projects and mentor team.
• Coordinate multi-discipline deliverables and ensure quality.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets; pursue new work.
• Interface with clients and agencies; market wastewater projects.
• Develop opportunities through networking.
