Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
• Deep knowledge of RCRA, DOT/HMR, and state regulations.
• Experience leading end-to-end environmental programs and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own waste program end-to-end, including standards and governance.
• Define multi-year waste management strategy for Indianapolis sites.
• Lead TSDF qualification, audits, and disposal path recommendations.
• Manage third-party waste service providers; set KPIs and contracts.
• Drive waste minimization, recycling, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead regulatory interactions with IDEM, EPA, and local authorities.
