Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking a Project Manager for Solid Waste Engineering in the Indianapolis area. You will lead projects from design through permitting, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient solutions for landfills, transfer stations and recycling facilities.

The role requires 8+ years in civil/environmental engineering with solid waste focus; AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency is preferred; strong communication and report-writing

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil, Geological or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in civil or environmental engineering, preferably solid waste.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred; MS Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and delegate responsibilities and tasks.
• Monitor Net Revenue and Profit contributions per project.
• Assist and implement site layout grading, drainage, utilities and leachate/landfill systems.
• Prepare technical reports, operating plans, CQA reports, and permit applications.
• Collect air and water monitoring samples and analyze data.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Utilize CAD tools to design projects; perform construction observation and documentation.
