WM is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate onsite waste transport, sorting, and disposal at client locations in Indiana. You will manage daily onsite personnel, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while maintaining service quality and data accuracy.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, operating site equipment, and promoting a culture of safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant experience.
• Two years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
• HAZWOPER certification may be required if project site responsibilities include hazardous waste management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for transportation of waste from client site, including scheduling, manifesting, tracking and loading materials.
• Oversee safe sorting and baling of materials.
• Manage hourly personnel including hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain and exceed customer expectations.
• Operate site equipment such as forklifts and balers.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and profile management.
