Job summary

You will build data tools, mentor teams, and influence external policy while partnering with site HSE to sustain compliance and drive improvements. This role requires 10+ years in water pollution control in regulated environments and a Bachelor's in a related field; MS/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years in water pollution control.
• Experience with Clean Water Act, SDWA, and Oil Pollution Prevention Act.
• Pharma API or regulated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance global water management strategies for manufacturing and research.
• Assist sites in obtaining environmental permits and controls.
• Develop global water program data, metrics, and analytics.
• Interpret policy developments into internal requirements.
