Job summary

GXO seeks a Manager, Operations Training to design and oversee comprehensive training programs across multiple facilities. You will develop modules for QA, PIT, and warehouse processes, and lead the creation of training videos to support an engaged workforce.

With 4+ years of related experience, you’ll measure program effectiveness and mentor training staff, ensuring safety and operational excellence across GXO facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs in complex operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, QA, PIT, and pick/pack/ship workflows.
• Familiarity with adult learning methods and evaluation of training impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, maintain and coordinate training modules for various specialties.
• Oversee development of training videos and maintain training aids library.
• Schedule sessions and ensure equipment is ready for training.
• Measure training effectiveness through tests and surveys.
• Identify core competencies and coach instructors and supervisors.
