Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to oversee critical areas ensuring smooth operations and a high-performing team. You will guide supervisors on personnel, quality, and safety while driving process improvements.

The role requires leadership across warehouse functions, implementing lean practices, and maintaining OSHA-compliant standards to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL operations.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Provide guidance to supervisors regarding personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure records and reports are completed timely.
• Enforce OSHA and other applicable standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field

4 years managerial/supervisory experience
