Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Training to oversee the department and its instructors, coordinating training for the Operations team across our warehouse network.

You’ll drive program quality and ensure compliance with safety and process standards while partnering with supervisors to assess needs and implement improvements. A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required; leadership experience and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Ability to adhere to the 7S program.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and ensure timely updates.
• Lead classroom and floor training sessions for the Operations team.
• Evaluate training materials and implement improvements.
• Generate reports from training databases and timekeeping systems.
• Coordinate and maintain organizational structure in the training database.
• Ensure compliance with QMS training requirements.
