Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead multiple critical areas ensuring smooth daily operations. You will oversee teams, coordinate maintenance, and uphold safety and quality standards across the facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to GXO’s quality policies and OSHA compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and operations to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Establish procedures for maintaining overall company quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to your team with respect to quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations.
• Manage equipment and coordinate all maintenance needs.
• Ensure all records/reports are completed on time and maintained appropriately.
• Adhere to and enforce all safe work practices, ensuring the warehouse is compliant with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
