Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Manager of Warehousing/Inventory Process & Systems to standardize processes and modernize the warehouse tech stack across 26 warehouses and 12 bases. You will drive WMS selection and ERP integration, enabling automated tracking from shipment to receipt.

You will oversee design, rollout, and ongoing optimization, with focus on data quality, system integration, and operational excellence across domestic distribution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Experience on a WMS implementation in a lead or core team role.
• Working knowledge of ERP-WMS integration; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or SCM strongly preferred.
• Experience with EDI or API integration to suppliers or carriers, including ASN-driven receiving.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state assessment and process design across 26 warehouses and 12 bases.
• Drive standardization of receiving, put-away, cycle counting, kitting, pick/pack, and shipping processes.
• Define master data foundation for WMS implementation (item master, location naming, UoM, on-hand accuracy).
• Evaluate and select warehouse management tooling; manage vendor relationships and ROI models.
• Define D365 integration architecture and ensure data reconciliation between systems.
• Plan rollout, pilot sites, training, and hypercare support; ensure smooth transitions to go-live.
