Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead warehouse systems and process improvement across locations. You will manage the Slotting, Analyst, and Mission Control teams, drive Lean/DMAIC initiatives, and partner with Inventory, Operations and Facilities to deliver measurable savings and improved performance.

You will oversee 24/7 shipping/receiving operations and support WMS enhancements, automation projects, and re-slot initiatives, with travel required to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of project management / process improvement experience, preferably in supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge with data analysis and basic statistics; SQL required, SPSC, hypothesis testing desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Slotting, Analyst, and Mission Control teams supporting 24/7 shipping and receiving across multiple customers.
• Deliver results through Lean/DMAIC projects, build business cases, and drive process improvements.
• Engage with Inventory, Operations, and Facilities to identify performance challenges and align on savings.
• Participate in facility business reviews and promote continuous improvement across the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
• Support warehouse system changes, WMS enhancements, and major building re-slot initiatives.
• Travel as required.
