Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Manager of Warehousing/Inventory Process & Systems to standardize processes across 26 warehouses and 12 bases. You will lead a modernized warehouse tech stack, including a warehouse management system, and automate tracking from shipment to receipt.

This program role transitions to a permanent supply chain process and systems function, with executive visibility to ensure resources align with priorities and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, distribution or logistics operations.
• Experience on a WMS implementation in lead or core role.
• Demonstrated record of converting manual processes to system-enabled processes.
• Experience with ERP-WMS integration; Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
• Experience with EDI or API integration to suppliers or carriers.

Responsibilities

• Current state assessment and design standardized, network-wide processes.
• Lead tool selection, vendor evaluation, and cost modeling for WMS.
• Define D365 integration architecture and data standards.
• Plan rollout, including pilot site selection, training, and cutover.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation across the network.
