Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the production and distribution warehouses, manage automated systems, and drive continuous improvement. You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee a team including Warehouse and Inventory Managers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and extensive warehouse leadership experience, with familiarity in SAP, Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or other technical discipline; 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics leadership or 5+ years in department leadership.
• 8–10 years experience leading a warehouse strongly preferred.
• Experience leading in a high performance or self-directed team environment preferred.
• Experience developing and managing operational budgets.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans to drive performance in KBIs.
• Food, beverage and automated warehouse experience; proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting with P&L focus.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and 22000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of autonomous mobile robots and AGVs; manage conveyors and robots.
• Lead day-to-day production warehouse, shipping/receiving, and semi-automated picking.
• Develop and execute business plans for semi-automated and traditional warehousing.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, and transportation for forecasting and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Motivate, coach and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
