Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with 3PL or warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for receiving, handling, and shipping, and keep warehouse inventory current.
• Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive teamwork through effective communication with all associates.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily compliance with safety procedures and investigate accidents.
