Weee! is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage all warehouse activities in Clifton, NJ, starting at 3PM EST. You will supervise staff, coordinate logistics, ensure product quality, and prepare documentation.

The role requires leadership, process optimization, and reliable oversight to maximize productivity. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing, 3+ years in leadership, and the ability to work weekends onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Onsite work 5 days per week.
• Weekend work required.
• Ability to supervise and hold people accountable.
• Experience operating power industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain distribution operations by enforcing programs, policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret operational reports to improve results.
• Evaluate performance metrics for quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and shipping regulations.
• Safeguard operations with safety procedures.
• Control inventory with physical counts and data system reconciliation.
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, and order repairs.
• Schedule and assign staff; monitor results.
• Contribute to team efforts and related results.
• Coordinate administrative activities for accurate operations.
